Diplomatic-sales.net only delivers to European countries, for logistical reasons.
If you wish to place an order on our website from abroad, you must specify a European delivery address.
Returns procedure
If you are not satisfied with part or all of your order:
You have 7 working days starting from the day after reception of your parcel to inform us of your intention to return one or several products and the reason for its return. For this, go to the « Contact » section of the site, then followed by "I wish to return a product".
Wait for the reply to this email which will include the return authorisation number. Please note that the postage costs are at your charge.
If you do not follow this procedure, our Returns Services can encounter problems in registering your parcel, and even be unable to identify the parcel and therefore be unable to refund you. The Returns Services can refuse any parcel that do not match these criteria.
From then on, your refund will be done within 10 working days. With a PayPal account the refund will generally take place within 2 to 8 working days. If the refund takes longer, we advise you to contact your bank directly.
Please note that the costs and risks linked to returning the products are at the sender's charge.
What payment methods can I use?
On the Diplomatic-sales.net website you can pay either by credit/debit card or with a PayPal account. The following credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. If you do not own one of these cards, you may also pay with a PayPal account. If you would like to pay by Direct Debit you will need to open your PayPal account 5 to 7 days before the beginning of the sale. You can find all additional information on the PayPal website.
For maximum security, we work with a bank interface, a highly secure online payment system.
